They offer you deals,but the delivery isn't smooth.The delivery people start and call you just when they are reaching.The delivery people talk nonsense on not giving expected tip.No schedule intimation from store end before delivery.
For fitting also it takes one more day extra.
Product workability can be updated post usage.

This was just my second experience with Super Electronics n we connected very well with the owner Sir Mukesh Upadhyay & Staff Mr Abbas Shaikh.. Last year we got ourselves a Refrigerator n now exactly after a year a Split AC..I genuinely appreciate n express heartfelt gratitude to both of them that due to technical errors I was unable to swipe my eligible card to avail the cashback offer n without any kind of advance payment made to them they got the AC delivered to my place post which I made the payment... After about 10 days my aunt too booked a Split AC+55" TV+Soundbar from them and they got it delivered as well as installed without the 50% advance booking amount swiped other than the EMI.
Latest experience that needs a mention here is Mr Abbas promptly got me a technician the very next day after I called him for my washing machine problem n got it resolved.
