Excellent service all round. Kalpana gives the perfect advice. She does not force you to take any models but gives you a choice on your usage and family size. Bought a front-load washing machine on 1st of Sept 2024. Delivery and installation done on the next itself, as was preferred by me. Showroom is spacious, with all models of televisions, AC, washing machines etc. Highly recommended.

My experience started with my interaction with Mukesh from the Sales staff. I was keen on Sony initially and slowly my research led me to LG. The way Mukesh explained all the details for the 43 inch TV was very professional and he was not forcing me to decide, that really made me comfortable and was a great difference from other shops.
The quality of the 4k LG TV is exemplary and we are enjoying the experience at home, connected to our YAMAHA Home Theater system.
