I had high hopes when purchasing from this company, as their pre-sales team treated me with utmost respect and professionalism, making the buying process smooth and pleasant. However, their after-sales service was a huge disappointment. The support was unresponsive and unhelpful, leaving me frustrated. They also pushed their own third-party warranty, which turned out to be nearly useless due to poor assistance. Ultimately, I had to book a paid service directly through LG to resolve my issue, which was an added expense and hassle. Buyer beware—great before you buy, but terrible support afterward.
